A weird little black creature is caught on camera as somebody films the inside of a multi-storey car park.

This CCTV footage is kind of creepy, in a stalker sort of way. I can't quite make out whether this is a bug or something paranormal. Whatever it is, it seems to react to the person who comes out of the house, then appears to follow him back in again.
